ART BATTLE MAY 2009
Sujekt: MANIPULATION
Land: PARIS SUBURB/France
Group: LYANN TAYLOR & RAYA B’DULL

PROTOCOLE

1/ Find a urban ruin
2/ Take as much photos as you can
3/ Pick up four of them
4/ Manipulate them, use them (duration: 2 hours)

Move 1. Taylor. This heap of empty shells inspired her a CSI Snails in Miami.

Move 1. Raya. The heap of empty shells seen as the result of a mass destruction.

Move 2. Taylor. The rats are the origin of the mess.

Move 2. Raya. A “flying” Penis. An old kind of vehicule.


Move 3. Taylor. Or the spider in her brains.


Move 3. Raya. Merging from the chaos, the human beings are working to take it back. “Drink, Drive, Kill” – music by Black Flag.


Move 4. Taylor. That monster in your closet is a smashed fly. Thanks Horacio Kane and the CSI Flies Miami for investigating.


Move 4. Raya. The big question. Why does the human feel the need to destroy itself?


Encore Bonus. Taylor. smelly feet! The rat want them.


Encore Bonus. Raya. The show MUST go on. No matter what.

CONCLUSION?
While Taylor feels like investigating the manipulated scenes, Raya feels like destroying them. Two steps we need to put into practice to avoid manipulations.
